<text>Occasionally when flying around in the SimpleGTD interface, I've hit the trash icon instead of the "move" icon when I intended to move something up or down a list or to another context. Currently when that happens, that item is gone forever, and- here's the embarassing part- I don't even remember what it was! A recycle bin, periodically emptied to trash, would easily solve this without making the application any more clunky or complicated.</text>

 <text>Synchronizing with the zoo of smartphones/pdas will remain a vision.
Cheap access to the net everywhere (evernet) will come in the fare future.
So at the moment the user has to print out the nextactions and the project lists, when he likes to use them mobile.

The most handy way to carry printed information in you pocket is the "pocket mod": http://pocketmod.com/

It is nothing else, than a smart way to position content on a sheet of paper, fold it in a smart way and get a little booklet.

My wish is to get a function "print as booklet" in simplegtd.</text>

 <text>In the printing view the projects appear in brackets and in the same font-size as the action.
It is easier for the eye to read the topic, when the secondary information "project" appears in a style which is different and which is visually not as noticeable as the main information, the topic.

Example:

Lorem ipsum doloret (Adipisit)

My suggestion:

Lorem ipsum doloret
(Adipisit)

CSS:
div[id^="nextaction"] span { color: gray; font-size: 0.8em; }

The style attribute could be easily replaced by a rule in the external stylesheet to improve the HTML code: dividing structure and design strictly.</text>

 <text>My most used view is the tab "next actions". When I add a new action there I sometimes think "Hey, that should be an inactive item".

I could not apply that status. First I have to change the view, I have to go to the tab "projects".

I like to see the yellow star even inside the view "next actions".
That makes it easier to perform the mentioned decision.</text>

 <text>At the moment there are two types of pages around projects:

One list with all the names of all projects.
And several lists, where each one contains all actions of one project.

It is a lot faster to browse through several projects, when they appear as a tree.

+project 1
++action 1.1
++action 1.2
+project 2
++action 2.1
++action 2.2

A nice and and important effect:
When there's a project tree, it is easy to offer a print option.
At the moment there's no way at all to print out all actions of all projects.
For exampel, when you like to plan offline on a paper.</text>
